Marleen is an Attorney at Law at the Banking & Finance practice group.
She advises and assists clients with insolvency and restructuring matters, including the Wet Homologatie Onderhands Akkoord (WHOA).
Marleen has extensive experience in complex (international) financing transactions, including secured lending, acquisition finance, asset-based finance, and surety finance. She collaborates with both Dutch and foreign borrowers, banks, lenders, and investors.
In 2021, she was seconded to the legal department of ABN AMRO. Marleen graduated from Leiden University and is a member of the Association of Young Insolvency Lawyers (Vereniging JIRA).
