Our Corporate / M&A team advises national and international enterprises, fund managers, board members, start-ups and in-house lawyers about mergers and strategic takeovers, private equity deals, venture capital and business restructurings. Our practice is more than just M&A; besides specialized transactions in many sectors and legal specialisms, the practice also focuses on governance issues, management participations, business restructurings and strategic alliances.

Our focus lies on the sectors Technology, Media, Telecom, Health Care and Retail. M&A transactions often requires legal expertise from across the firm, such as intellectual property, IT, employment, data, privacy and real estate. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely with colleagues who work in these areas of law, which allows us to offer integrated and pragmatic legal advice.
