Sem Reijnders

Sem is attorney at law at the Labour & Employment and employee co-determination practice group. He advises on and litigates all aspects of employment law for both national and international clients.

Sem studied at the University of Amsterdam. In 2023, he obtained a Master’s degree in Employment Law, during which he conducted r esearch for his thesis on the legal classification of platform workers. As a result, Sem has a strong passion for the intersection of employment law and technology. After completing his studies, Sem worked at several law firms as an intern and legal assistant before joining Kennedy Van der Laan.
