Sabina has been a lawyer in the field of IT law since 2016 and works in the Technology team. Her work includes drafting and negotiating IT and outsourcing contracts, also in the context of tenders. In addition, she specializes in advising and litigating on liability issues in IT and Technology disputes. She also advises on telecommunications law.
Sabina is part of the Cybersecurity team, in which she assists clients with the direct impact of a cybersecurity incident, but also with the consequences thereof, for example if clients receive liability claims. In addition, Sabina assists clients in innovative projects in the context of the energy transition.
Before she joined Kennedy Van der Laan, Sabina worked in the technology practice group of a law firm in Utrecht and was seconded to a telecom provider.
Sabina studied civil law at Utrecht University and health law at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she went on a six months’ exchange to Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
In her spare time, as a director of the Stichting Child Restoration Outreach Sabina devotes herself to giving street children in Uganda an independent future.
