Profile
Reindert’s practice covers intellectual property and advertising law, with a particular focus on trademark cases and the Automotive industry. He is highly specialized in advising and litigating in parallel import and counterfeit cases, including for major international sports, fashion, watch and luxury brands. Further, Reindert has substantive expertise and experience with platform-cases, license agreements and the intersection of trademark and competition law. Furthermore he advises clients on advertising clearance and litigates in advertising proceedings, such as cases brought before the Dutch Advertising Code Committee.
Furthermore Reindert frequently publishes in different specialist legal reviews and is also guest lecturer at different educational institutes. He is member of the Benelux Association for Trademarks and Designs (BMM) and the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI).
