Lisa Klumperink
Lisa advises and litigates for both national and international clients on all areas of employment law, including dismissal law, illness, reorganizations, and employee participation law. She assists clients such as companies, healthcare institutions, and government organizations with various matters, including the interpretation of collective labor agreements, reorganizations, individual dismissal cases, and recent developments in employment law. Lisa is also familiar with the legal position of judicial officers and frequently represents judges and public prosecutors. In addition, she regularly assists occupational health service providers in liability matters.
Lisa is a member of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA), the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN), and the Association for Civil Servants & Law (VA&R). In 2024, Lisa graduated cum laude from the Postgraduate Course in Employment Law (PALA).
