Kirsten Gerhards

Kirsten has been a part of the IT Law team since February 2017. She advises on different IT-related issues, varying from negotiating software contracts (for purchasers as well as suppliers), advising in IT projects (such as outsourcing) and litigating IT-related disputes (such as issues regarding liability for IT-services). In part because Kirsten has been seconded with clients various times, she knows her way around larger organizations and is well aware of the client’s perspective. Kirsten is to-the-point when advising, responsive and committed.

Kirsten also regularly advises different types of online providers in the area of e-commerce about the obligations that apply under national and European law, as well as other matters related to consumer law.
