Joachim Niemeijer
Joachim is attorney at law at the Commercial & Competition & International Trade practice group. He advises national and international clients on commercial contracts and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on franchise, distribution, and agency, as well as consumer law and unfair commercial practices. He also represents clients in commercial and corporate litigation and other dispute resolution proceedings. He combines legal expertise with a pragmatic approach to help clients navigate complex commercial challenges and achieve their business objectives.
Joachim studied Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, he gained experience at several national and international law firms and worked in-house as a legal assistant for an Amsterdam-based company. His master's thesis focused on the effectiveness of the Dutch Franchise Act, a subject that continues to be of particular interest to him.
