Hester den Hollander

Hester is an attorney at law in the Commercial, Competition & International Trade practice group. During her Master’s degree in Private Law at Utrecht University, with a specialization in liability law, she started working at this firm as a student assistant. After completing her Master’s, Hester worked on secondment at a client for almost a year. This experience means she is familiar with working in larger organizations and understands the client’s perspective. Hester advises clients, among other things, on commercial contracts, including in the areas of franchise, distribution and agency, as well as on consumer law and unfair commercial practices. In addition, she represents national and international clients in litigation.
