Profile
Eylard specializes in employment law. He regularly advises clients on such topics as the employment-law aspects of outsourcing (transfer of undertaking), or the hiring of flexible labour. He also frequently supports clients in dismissal proceedings. Eylard is an experienced litigator, both in first instance and appeal proceedings.
Eylard's particular specialism is the legal position of judicial officers. He often represents judges and public prosecutors.
Besides his practice as an attorney, Eylard is also a trained MfN-registered mediator. In this role, he guides parties in finding a joint solution, especially in labour disputes.
Eylard regularly publishes and lectures in his areas of expertise. He is a member of the Dismissal Law working group of the Employment Law Association and co-author of the book Flexibele Arbeid from the range Monografieën Sociaal Recht.
Eylard followed the post academic employment law course “PALA”. He is a member of the Employment Law Association (Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht (VvA)), the Dutch Association of Employment Law Attorneys (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN)) and the Civil Servants and Law Association (Vereniging Ambtenaar & Recht (VA&R)). As a mediator he is a member of the Mediation Federation Netherlands (MfN).
