Daan Visser

Daan is attorney at law at the Corporate / M&A practice group. He obtained a master’s degree in Private Law: Commercial Legal Practice, with a specialisation in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. During his studies, he completed internships at several renowned law firms, where he gained experience in both advisory work and dispute resolution. At Kennedy Van der Laan, Daan advises clients on the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate law matters.
