Anouk Bergman

Anouk is attorney at law at our Corporate / M&A practice group. She obtained a Master’s degree in Private Law: Commercial Legal Practice, with a specialization in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and finance and security. During her studies, she completed internships at several renowned law firms, where she gained experience in both advisory and litigation practice. In addition, she was active as a volunteer at a legal advice centre and held a board position at a legal aid clinic. At Kennedy Van der Laan, Anouk advises clients on the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate law matters.
