Alain Hardy

Alain is attorney at law at the Labour & Employment practice group. Alain Hardy advises and litigates for both national and international clients on all aspects of employment law, including reorganisations, individual dismissal, discrimination, undesirable behavior, and employee co-determination.

He studied law at the University of Amsterdam and the Freie Universität Berlin.

Since 2022, Alain has been working as a lawyer, initially at another firm specializing in employment law. Before that, he worked as a legal counsel, mainly assisting growing companies with their further development and the employment law issues that arose in that context.

In addition to his work at Kennedy Van der Laan, Alain is the chair of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA), a thriving association where young employment lawyers share knowledge and strengthen their network.
