Our team advised the Belgian investment group Straco in the acquisition of the Welten Groep, one of the largest secondment and training agencies in the finance sector in the Netherlands, from One Two Capital.
Welten Groep was founded in 1992 as a training institute for the financial sector. Welten is one of the largest secondment agencies with approximately 1,000 consultants and more than 200 own employees. Through this acquisition Welten Groep aims to expand internationally, further digitize the business and broaden its services.
