Kennedy Van der Laan has advised the shareholders of CreditDevice – a data-driven all-in-one credit management platform that helps organisations gain control of their credit risks, accounts receivable management and policy management – on the sale of their company to Blinqx (Finance), a provider of cloud software solutions for professional service providers.
This expansion allows Blinqx to offer an overall solution with which finance teams can work more efficiently and data-driven. Blinqx Finance supports the entire finance chain, including ledger and accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable management, invoice and document processing, month-end and year-end closing, and financial insights.
CreditDevice was founded by Hans Geluk, who started in 2001 with a vision of transforming credit management by controlling credit risks through innovative and targeted software solutions. In the years that followed, CreditDevice grew into a prominent player with well over 1200 clients. In January 2021, CreditDevice took a big step in its international targets through successful expansions to Belgium, Germany and France. In 2023, the current CEO Robbert Geluk took over the baton to lead the family business in its next growth phase.
CreditDevice distinguishes itself on the market by combining accounts receivables management, policy management and credit information within one platform with smart integrations for accounting, ERP and credit insurances. With its products, Credit Device serves finance teams in several commercial services sectors. The platform supports their organisations in minimizing financial risks, improving payment behaviour, and realizing financial continuity.
