Kennedy Van der Laan has advised Dave & Adam’s Card World LLC on entering into a joint venture with Lewis Hamilton Ventures. In that context, Dave & Adam’s Card World B.V. was sold to a joint holding structure under the name P44 Holdco Limited, in which Dave & Adam’s Card World LLC has also acquired an equity stake.
The joint venture operates under the name Card Culture by Lewis Hamilton and focuses on developing an international retail and community concept for trading cards and collectibles, with a particular focus on markets outside North America. The collaboration combines the commercial strength and market position of Dave & Adam’s Card World with Lewis Hamilton’s global profile and entrepreneurial activities.
With Card Culture by Lewis Hamilton, the parties aim to respond to the growing international demand for trading cards and collectible culture, with a strong emphasis on experience and community building. The first location will open in Frankfurt in June 2026, followed by further international expansion, including the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected markets in the Middle East and Asia.
Dave & Adam’s Card World is an internationally active retailer in trading cards, sports memorabilia, and collectibles, with a strong position in the United States and a growing presence in Europe.
