On March1st, Judica Krikke joined Kennedy Van der Laan as a partner. The recruitment of Judica further strengthens Kennedy Van der Laan's leading technology team, particularly in the areas of software licensing, cloud sourcing and IT transactions. Prior to joining Kennedy Van der Laan, Judica was head of Stibbe's combined IP and technology, media & telecommunications practice.

In addition to her work as a lawyer, Judica is a senior lecturer in information law at Grotius Academy. She is also an arbitrator at the Foundation for the Settlement of Automation Disputes (Stichting Geschillenoplossing Automatisering; SGOA), the Dutch forum for alternative resolution of IT disputes.
