Restructuring

“Thanks to our good reputation, our services are often engaged by other law firms from Europe, the United States or Asia.”

The members of the Banking & Finance team have extensive expertise in the field of insolvencies and reorganizations. We assist all kinds of stakeholders in and around insolvency situations: from creditors to directors, investors, receivers, banks and shareholders. Several members of our team have personally often acted as receivers or administrators in usually complicated insolvency procedures. Their experience adds value to their advice.

International insolvencies and reorganizations

We have specific knowledge in the field of cross-border matters. Thanks to our good reputation, our services are often engaged by other law firms from Europe, the United States or Asia.

Legal and Notarial Experience

Wherever it is necessary to reorganize a national or multinational group of companies for insolvency or tax reasons, clients appeal to our legal and notarial experience to carry out the reorganization efficiently. Naturally, such reorganizations may be both financial and legal in nature. In such reorganizations we may represent the companies themselves as well as their banks.
