Ever more often parties in a dispute look for out-of-court solutions. Kennedy Van der Laan offers guidance in conflict mediation and dispute negotiation, in the role of business mediator or advisor to a party in business mediation.

With their experience as lawyers and negotiating skills, our mediators will be able to extract the interests of parties and to debate these at the right level. They listen to the opinions of both parties and look for the best solution possible.

Our mediators

Eva Knipschild is an MfN certified mediator in the field of employment and employee participation law. She provides mediation in individual and collective employment-law issues and disputes concerning employee participation. Eva teaches the course Specialization in Employment Mediation and is co-author of the book Arbeidsrecht en mediation (Employment Law and Mediation).

Simon van IJsendoorn is a mediator in the field of employment and employee participation law. He regularly assists employers and employees in mediation. Simon is co-author of the book Arbeidsrecht en mediation.

Frits van der Woude and Chris Van Dijk are mediators working in the field of insurance and liability law. Chris, who is also a judge and deputy judge in the Court of Appeal, focuses on material damages and injuries. Frits focuses on financial losses and laws and regulations in this sector.

Our mediators work on the basis of the MfN Code of Conduct.
