Eva Knipschild is an MfN certified mediator in the field of employment and employee participation law. She provides mediation in individual and collective employment-law issues and disputes concerning employee participation. Eva teaches the course Specialization in Employment Mediation and is co-author of the book Arbeidsrecht en mediation (Employment Law and Mediation).
Simon van IJsendoorn is a mediator in the field of employment and employee participation law. He regularly assists employers and employees in mediation. Simon is co-author of the book Arbeidsrecht en mediation.
Frits van der Woude and Chris Van Dijk are mediators working in the field of insurance and liability law. Chris, who is also a judge and deputy judge in the Court of Appeal, focuses on material damages and injuries. Frits focuses on financial losses and laws and regulations in this sector.
