Profile
Mark advises and litigates in the field of insurance and liability law with a focus on financial supervision. He acts for insurers and other financial service providers in disputes concerning policy conditions, and advises them on issues related to (online) distribution of insurance products. Furthermore, he supports clients in complying with the duty of care of insurance brokers, the Dutch Financial Supervision Act, sanction laws and the Dutch Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act.
Besides studying law, Mark earned a degree in Business Economics.
