Rosalie is expert op het gebied van cyber security en gegevensbescherming. Als zogeheten incident responder of breach counsel staat Rosalie organisaties bij in het geval van cyber incidenten, zoals ransomware-aanval, business email compromise en cyberspionage. Rosalie  ondersteunt de organisatie vanaf de start van het incident met strategisch advies, (crisis)coördinatie, communicatie en stakeholder management. Ook begeleidt Rosalie eventuele nasleep van een incident, zoals onderzoek en handhaving door toezichthouders en de afwikkeling van schadeclaims.

Daarnaast zet Rosalie zich in voor de cyberweerbaarheid van organisaties in Nederland en internationaal. Rosalie adviseert organisaties vooraf over informatiebeveiliging, naleving van EU cyberwetgeving (zoals AVG, NIS2, DORA en CRA) en incident readiness. Ook draagt Rosalie met haar kennis en expertise bij aan diverse projecten en initiatieven in Nederland binnen het cyber domein. 

Rosalie is lid van Cyberveilig Nederland, de Vereniging Privacyrecht (VPR) en de Vereniging Privacyrecht Advocaten (VPR-A).

• Internationale coördinatie van incident response voor een buitenlandse telecomaanbieder die getroffen was door een cyberincident.
• Verdediging van cybersecurity partij tegen vordering van de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens tot verstrekking van onderzoeksrapportage.
• Procedure tegen software leverancier om adequaat onderzoek naar een ransomware aanval af te dwingen.
