Martijn staat cliënten bij in diverse aan het Mededingingsrecht en Europees recht gerelateerde kwesties. Hij werkt vaak met cliënten in de financiële, technologie-, en fashion- & retailsector.
Hij adviseert zijn cliënten met name op het gebied van samenwerkingsovereenkomsten (zoals joint ventures, inkoop- en verkoopcombinaties, distributieovereenkomsten), misbruik van machtspositie, fusies en overnames en staatssteun.
Hij heeft veel ervaring met het vertegenwoordigen van cliënten wanneer deze worden onderzocht door toezichthouders, zoals de Autoriteit Consument & Markt en de Europese Commissie, en wanneer toezichthouders invallen plegen (dawn raids).
Daarnaast adviseert Martijn over financiële sancties en export regelgeving.
