Jelle is senior medewerker in het Commercial & International Trade team. Jelle adviseert en procedeert over commerciële contracten en geschillen op het gebied van distributie, franchise en agentuur (DFA) in de retail, fashion en consumer goods sectoren. Jelle heeft veel ervaring met het opzetten van selectieve en exclusieve distributienetwerken. Hij adviseert tevens over omnichannel, geo-blocking, inkoopovereenkomsten en licentieovereenkomsten, zowel vanuit civielrechtelijk als een mededingingsrechtelijk perspectief.
Jelle is lid van de internationale beroepsorganisatie AIJA (Association des Jeunes Avocates). Sinds september 2019 is hij de Vice-President van de T.R.A.D.E. commissie (Trade, Retail, Agency, Distribution, E-commerce).
Jelle heeft in 2018 de Grotius-specialisatieopleiding Nationaal en Internationaal Contracteren cum laude afgesloten.
