Fenna geeft leiding aan het Gezondheidszorg Team van Kennedy van der Laan.
Ze heeft meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in de gezondheidszorg. Haar focus ligt hier al sinds 2013. Ze is een van de weinige advocaten in Nederland die haar achtergrond in ondernemingsrecht combineert met een volledige focus op de gezondheidszorg.
Fenna is co-auteur van het boek 'Samenwerken tussen zorgorganisaties', een co-productie tussen Kennedy Van der Laan en organisatieadviesbureau Q-Consult Zorg dat eind augustus 2019 verscheen bij Bohn Stafleu Van Loghum. Het handboek behandelt op toegankelijke wijze de bedrijfskundige, fiscale, juridische en organisatorische aspecten van krachtenbundeling in de zorg. Aanleiding voor het boek zijn ingrijpende veranderingen in de zorgsector, die steeds vaker vragen om samenwerkingen en joint ventures.
Fenna is auteur van het tijdschrift Goed Bestuur en Toezicht en is vaste docent van het programma PCS van Governance University. Fenna geeft regelmatig les over governance en zorg voor Lexlumen.
