Anne adviseert en procedeert op het gebied van marktordening en regulering van de zorg. Haar cliënten zijn zorgaanbieders. Ze heeft ruime ervaring op het gebied van tariefregulering, bekostiging van de zorg, zorgcontractering, toezicht en handhaving door overheidsinstanties, sociaal domein, bestuurlijke boetes, samenwerkingen en governance, kwaliteitsregulering en het klacht- en tuchtrecht. Anne heeft zowel bestuurs- als civielrechtelijke proceservaring. Ze trad op in procedures bij bestuursorganen, rechtbanken, gerechtshoven, het College van beroep voor het bedrijfsleven, tuchtcolleges voor de gezondheidszorg en geschilleninstanties.
Anne is sinds 2009 advocaat in de zorg. Voordat Anne werkzaam was bij Kennedy van der Laan, werkte ze als advocaat bij een advocatenkantoor op de sectie zorg en als advocaat bij een grote ggz-instelling. Anne heeft in 2017 de Grotius Gezondheidsrecht afgerond. Anne publiceert regelmatig. Ze is voorzitter van twee klachtencommissies. Ook is Anne lid van de Vereniging voor Gezondheidsrecht.
