Samenwerkingen in de zorg
Samenwerken hoort bij de zorgsector. De laatste jaren neemt het aantal samenwerkingen in de zorg alleen maar toe. Intersectorale samenwerkingen, keten- of netwerksamenwerkingen, regionale samenwerkingen, samenwerkingen in de spoedzorg of tijdens de ANW-uren, uitwisseling van expertise of consultatie van andere specialisten, zijn allemaal varianten van samenwerkingen die typisch zijn voor de zorgsector.
Samenwerken kan zorginstellingen veel opleveren. Belangrijke drijfveren bij samenwerken zijn efficiency, bundelen van kennis, efficiënte inzet van schaars personeel en het organiseren van de juiste zorg op de juiste plek. - Fenna is co-auteur van het boek 'Samenwerken tussen zorgorganisaties', een co-productie tussen Kennedy Van der Laan en organisatieadviesbureau Q-Consult Zorg dat eind augustus 2019 verscheen bij Bohn Stafleu Van Loghum. Het handboek behandelt op toegankelijke wijze de bedrijfskundige, fiscale, juridische en organisatorische aspecten van krachtenbundeling in de zorg. Aanleiding voor het boek zijn ingrijpende veranderingen in de zorgsector, die steeds vaker vragen om samenwerkingen en joint ventures.

- Het begeleiden van de oprichting van een integrale geboortezorgcoöperatie waarin tussen de verloskundigen, de kraamorganisaties, de gynaecologen en een ziekenhuis wordt samengewerkt met het doel integrale zorg te leveren tegen uiteindelijk een integraal tarief.
- Het begeleiden van de samenwerking tussen een GGZ instelling en een academisch ziekenhuis.
- Het beoordelen van de mededingingsrechtelijke aspecten van een samenwerking tussen twee ziekenhuizen gebaseerd op het principe van ‘De juiste zorg, op de juiste plek”.
