Medezeggenschap
Medezeggenschap is zoveel meer dan de toepassing van de Wet op de Ondernemingsraden en boek 2 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek. Naast specialistische juridische kennis, is bij medezeggenschapstrajecten kennis en gevoel voor de onderliggende (politieke) verhoudingen minstens zo belangrijk. Onze advocaten staan om deze reden zowel ondernemingsraden als ondernemers bij in medezeggenschapstrajecten. Hierdoor hebben wij relevante (achtergrond)kennis vanuit beide invalshoeken, zodat we een traject altijd van verschillende kanten zullen bekijken en dus alle belangen begrijpen.

Wij zijn enthousiaste juristen die zich graag ergens in vastbijten, maar daarbij wel pragmatisch en laagdrempelig te werk gaan. In geval van een verschil van mening tussen de ondernemingsraad en de ondernemer heeft het vinden van een weg waarin alle partijen zich kunnen vinden over het algemeen de voorkeur, maar ook een juridische procedure schuwen wij als dat nodig is, zeker niet.
