Lucas Aalders

Lucas is attorney at law at the Banking & Finance practice group and specializes in financial regulatory law applicable to FinTechs. 

He supports national and international financial institutions in translating complex regulations into practical solutions. His work includes guiding license applications, advising on compliance with existing and upcoming regulations, and drafting contracts.

Lucas obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and his master’s degree in Financial Law from Leiden University. During his bachelor’s degree, he studied at Bocconi University in Milan for half a year.
